Peach Kuchen

From the kitchen of Lisa Crouch


1 yellow cake mix
1/2 butter, softened
29 oz peaches sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
1 egg


  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Mix softened butter and cake mix
  • Pat evenly in the bottom of a 13x9 pan
  • Bake 10 minutes; remove from oven
  • Spread sliced peaches evenly
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Lightly sprinkle over peaches.
  • Mix sour cream and egg together; spread evenly over top
  • Bake 20 minutes
  • Remove from oven
  • Serve with ice cream...yum!
