Coffee Connections
Modeled after “Dinners for Eight”, these groups of Coffee for Four will gather once a month over coffee (or tea, or cheesecake, or a good slice of pizza) for 3-4 months. After the first several months, we will shuffle the women to combine new groups of about four women.
The time commitment is small, but the encouragement can be huge as you laugh, pray, and share some life together. Please sign up by the end of August.

Women's Bible Study
Join us on Tuesday mornings from 9:30-11:30 starting September - April for encouragement from God's Word and fellowship with each other.
Come at 9:15 for coffee and snacks; we plan to start our study promptly at 9:30.
In a time when “everyone did what was right in their own eyes,” God’s faithfulness never failed. This year we will journey through the book of Judges—exploring cycles of rebellion, redemption, and God’s unshakable mercy—and into the story of Ruth, where hope blooms in the darkest places. Together, we’ll discover how God raises up ordinary people for extraordinary purposes, and how His grace meets us in our own sinfulness and brokenness, calling us to courage, faith, and steadfast hope.
The first half of our time is spent together in the Fireside Room for Bible Study together. Then we split into small groups for discussion, prayer, laughter, and encouragement. Childcare is provided.

Nourish the Ones You Love!
Do you get weary of meal planning or get a rut of making the same things over and over? We have a solution to help make meal planning a little more FUN and a little more INSPIRED! If this isn't something you struggle with, come on Oct 5, 6-8pm anyway for the fellowship and a few new dinner ideas.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Sign up so we can plan correct quantities.
2. Send your favorite family-friendly recipes to Sheri Pedersen by Sept 29 (sheri@fbctacoma.org). Main dishes only, please. No sides, appetizers, or desserts. See the confirmation email for details.
3. At the event we'll assemble a meal planning binder with daily themes, lists of recipes at a glance, and some fresh inspiration to nourish the bodies and hearts of the ones we love.
In addition to our meal planning project, we'll have time to fellowship and be encouraged by a short devotional. We look forward to spending time with you!
