Thai Summer Basil Salad

Dressing
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 T. creamy peanut butter
- 2 T. rice wine vinegar
- 1 t. brown sugar
- ¼ t. fish sauce
- 1/8 – ¼ t. garlic powder
- 1/8 t. salt
- Mix and let rest so flavors can bloom.
Salad (any quantity of the ingredients below)
- Spring greens (just a little)
- Cabbage (main body of salad)
- Thinly sliced chicken
- Cucumber
- Mango
- Pineapple
- Carrots, shredded
- Thai basil
- Cilantro
- Finely chopped peanuts
- Garlic Ginger Won Ton Strips
- Cooked rice noodles
