Tom's Dip

INGREDIENTS
1 can diced green chiles
1 can chopped black olives, drained
1 tomato, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 T red wone vinegar
2 T olive oil
1 can chopped black olives, drained

DIRECTIONS
- Mix together
- Chill at least one hour
- Serve with tortilla chips
