Whipped Feta, Honey, and Pistachio Dip

From the kitchen of Brandy Berry


4 oz crumbled Feta cheese
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 Tbsp olive oil
½ tsp minced garlic
½ teaspoon dried basil (or Italian Seasoning)
¼ C honey (can also use hot honey)
1 Tbsp chopped pistachios
1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper


  • In a food processor, combine feta, cream cheese and olive oil until cheeses are well combined and smooth. Add basil and garlic, mixing well again.
  • Scoop cheese out of the food processor onto a small plate or into a shallow bowl. Use a large spoon to spread the cheese and create swirls for the honey to settle in. Drizzle with honey, allowing to pool in the swirls. Garnish with chives, pistachios and black pepper.
  • Serve immediately with warm pieces of pita bread.
