Holiday Turkey Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2.5 tbsp Worcestershire
- fresh sliced green onion (quantity subjective)
- 3 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1 cup finely minced carrots
- 1 cup finely minced celery
- 1 cup sweet onion finely minced
- 1 tbsp minced rosemary
- 1 1/4 cup “bread crumbs” (la panzanella rosemary crackers, crushed into breadcrumb size - you can find these at Costco, or sub for your favorite breadcrumbs)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Prep all ingredients other than turkey in a large bowl and mix together well
- Mix in turkey until all thoroughly mixed together
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with baking spray
- Roll meatballs by hand and place on baking sheet
- Top meatballs with cinnamon and sea salt
- Bake for 35 minutes or until internal temperature of meatballs is 160 degrees F
- Serve and enjoy! I usually pair with homemade cranberry sauce!
