Holiday Turkey Meatballs

From the kitchen of Michael Lennox


  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2.5 tbsp Worcestershire
  • fresh sliced green onion (quantity subjective)
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 cup finely minced carrots
  • 1 cup finely minced celery
  • 1 cup sweet onion finely minced
  • 1 tbsp minced rosemary
  • 1 1/4 cup “bread crumbs” (la panzanella rosemary crackers, crushed into breadcrumb size - you can find these at Costco, or sub for your favorite breadcrumbs)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Prep all ingredients other than turkey in a large bowl and mix together well
  • Mix in turkey until all thoroughly mixed together
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with baking spray
  • Roll meatballs by hand and place on baking sheet
  • Top meatballs with cinnamon and sea salt
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until internal temperature of meatballs is 160 degrees F
  • Serve and enjoy! I usually pair with homemade cranberry sauce!
