Pasta Aioli

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg cooked angel hair pasta
  • 6-8 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Crushed red pepper, to taste
  • Shredded parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

My family LOVES this!

  • Put about 1/2 cup to 1 cup olive oil in a small sauce pan
  • Peel and chop garlic finely
  • Turn oil on medium high heat
  • Add the garlic and 1-2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper into the oil and watch it closely You don’t want your garlic to burn or it will turn bitter. You want garlic to just barely turn a darker white color, then remove from heat.
  • Pour over your already cooked pasta and cover with parmesan cheese

Eat plain as a side, or add Italian Meatballs for a main dish
