Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 chicken breasts
  • 1 smaller bottle of Frank’s red buffalo sauce
  • 1 packet of ranch powder
  • 1-2 T of butter
  • Rolls (I like Hawaiian) or bread
  • Cheese (I prefer extra sharp white cheddar)


DIRECTIONS

  • Cook 2-3 chicken breasts in a crock pot with one smaller bottle of franks red buffalo sauce and one packet of ranch powder on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Shred and add 1-2 T of butter to make the sauce glossy and yummier.
  • Serve on rolls or bread (toasted or not) with cheese of choice.
