Vegan Waffles

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups Oatmilk
- 1 1/12 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp flax seed meal
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
(Optional: diced apples, sliced banana, pumpkin puree, etc)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat waffle iron
- Combine oatmilk and apple cider vinegar; let sit for 5 minutes
- Add coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla
- In a large bowl combine dry ingredients
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined
- Scoop batter into waffle iron
- Serve with Whipped Cream, Maple Syrup, fresh fruit, etc!
